What is the open box symbol?
#1
Hello all, new to the forum.

When viewing your defenders, there is an open box in the lower left corner. Does anyone know what that is? If you go to "My Battleground Defenders", and select a defender, you will see the box in the lower left.

Thanks

Hello, Sharkman! & welcome to the forum!

The open box you are seeing is a recent feature added to the Defenders Vault. It allows you "hide" any Defenders that you are not using or do not wish to view. This feature was added to help de-clutter the Defenders Vault of unused Defenders. If you have some old Defenders like Snails or Imps that you don't use or need, you can put them in that box & they will not appear in your Vault. If you wish to view them again, simply check the "open box" icon in the Vault filter.

The Defenders that you put in the box are still yours & you can un-check them at any time - they do not disappear forever. It's just like adding a "heart" to their profile. If you want to level up a "hidden" Defender, just select the "open box" in the filter & you will be able to view them & level them up. When you are done, simply click it off in the filter & they will become hidden again.

It is a nice feature to help players manage & clean up their Defenders Vault.

Hope that helps!

This is awesome. Needs a "boxing/unboxing" mode so we can quickly recategorize dozens of fighters.

Actually, when you select the "open box" icon in the Vault Filter, it will show all of the Defenders that you have hidden. You have to put each Fighter in the Box individually the first time - just like adding a heart to them, but once in the box you can box/unbox them all at the same time! Is that what you were asking?

It is a great feature! & I'm glad it has been added to the game.
